Affiliate Disclosure

Cowes Classic Offshore ("we", "us", "our") is committed to transparency regarding our business practices. This disclosure explains how we earn revenue and how it may relate to the content on our website.

Affiliate Commissions

Cowes Classic Offshore is a participant in affiliate marketing programmes operated by various online casinos and gambling operators. When you click on casino links, promotional banners, or "Play Now" buttons on our website and subsequently register or make a deposit at those casinos, we may earn affiliate commissions at no additional cost to you.

These commissions are our primary source of revenue and enable us to provide free casino reviews and gambling information to our readers.

Editorial Independence

We want to be absolutely clear: our affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. Our casino reviews are based on objective criteria including withdrawal speeds, player safety, game selection, customer support quality, and licensing status. All casinos reviewed on our site are evaluated using the same independent standards, regardless of affiliate commission rates.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate and sponsored links are clearly marked on our website. Look for the following indicators:

Regulatory Compliance

This disclosure complies with UK advertising standards as set out by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and the Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP). We also adhere to Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the Gambling Commission's guidance on responsible affiliate marketing.

Your Responsibility

You are not obligated to use any affiliate links on our website. You can visit casinos directly by entering their web addresses into your browser. Using our affiliate links does not change the terms, conditions, bonuses, or pricing you receive—your experience will be identical whether you access a casino directly or through our referral link.

Please gamble responsibly and only at licensed operators. If you have concerns about gambling, visit GambleAware.co.uk or contact Gamblers Anonymous.
